Killing time before the next class, talking to a buddy of mine, these two guys approached me and asked if they could interview me and ask a couple questions about rap music.  I agreed thinking that this would be entertaining and they began filming my responses.  The last question was- where do you see rap in ten years?

My answer was something along the lines of returning to a moral-based rap where all of the debasement of women and drugs and money would be forgotten in a return to something to the like of the old school rap when it was all about the music.
The wigger running the camera turned off the camera, told me- "yo man, that was deep", and gave me pound

is this really my life?

 

In all honesty, I truly believe that you should try to surround yourself with people like me, who have shit happen to them daily. 

 

I need a dip.

 

Today was a normal day but I've realized a few things that need to be recorded as my list of things to do to rise to the top.

1. Success is the way life is measured, thus the need to succeed.  To succeed in anything, you must have studied it for countless hours and practiced it for days on end.  You must be the best in it, and make a change, introduce something new, and leave a mark. Now that my feelings on success have been established, now onto application.

2.  Make the UNCC soccer team.  Must continue running and lifting everyday, especially this coming summer.

3.  Own a surveying company upon completion of college.  Once financials are stable, begin studying anything that is interesting and become well-versed in it.  Be a constant inventor of new ideas.

4.  Learn every single note on the guitar. 

5.  Know that they all want you.  Know it.
